Seventeen animals were rescued from a large-scale hoarding case in Michigan needing urgent medical care.

Thanks to your support and dedicated caretakers, all rescued animals went from living in squalor to living their best lives. They received medical care including spay and neuter surgeries and regained weight before finding their special someone. 

Do you remember the senior dog named Diamond? She arrived matted, underweight, and leery of people. After a warm bath, grooming, and weeks of nutritious meals and time around loving people she returned to her happy and healthy self. She found a forever home where she is enjoying the simple things in life like a soft bed, tasty treats, and someone to cuddle with.

The shelter shared that she was adopted and said, "Diamond is going to make the very best companion. Her gentle heart and ultra-sweet personality have been shining brighter every single day, and we couldn’t be happier for her fresh start."

Those sick kittens who could barely open their eyes were treated and are thriving now in their new homes.
