Meet Linus

This sweet rabbit was found as a stray and brought to a local rescue for care. When he arrived, they noticed that his ears were thick, heavy, and firm.

He was examined by a veterinarian who discovered that Linus was suffering from a painful and rare condition called calcinosis cutis, where hard, painful nodules form under the skin.

This condition was impacting both of Linus' ears and would only get worse leading to infections and constant discomfort. The only option to relieve his pain was to amputate both of his ears.

The procedure and recovery will be long and expensive, so Linus needs your support.
