Do you remember Leo and Tabitha's heartbreaking story

The feline siblings were mauled by stray dogs while living on the streets of Greece which resulted in several deep wounds and serious injuries.

Thankfully, kindhearted people who feed the community cats noticed Leo and Tabitha were missing and went looking for them. They were found in grave condition and rushed to a vet clinic.

Thanks to your generous donations, the sweet felines were able to get the care they needed and have fully recovered.

Their journey to recovery was long. They spent two months with constant care at the vet clinic before they returned to Let’s be S.M.A.R.T. cat sanctuary to continue healing.

Leo and Tabitha have an unbreakable bond and are now looking for a home together. They are adjusting to life as indoor cats and love playing with toys, especially ones with strings.

"We tend to stick together and cuddle with each other. We might come across as a bit shy at first but after 1 minute of sniffing we show our true personalities!! We are super friendly and social," shared by the sanctuary straight from Leo and Tabitha.

They go on to say, "We both loove cuddles and enjoy a good neck scratch! We purr like machines when we are being stroked and we will rub our faces against you to ask for more!"

Watch the siblings play in the video below.

Sanctuary staff and volunteers are showering the friendly felines with love and attention while they wait for a forever home.

We asked for your help to cover their medical bills and ongoing care and you stepped up in a big way, so thank you!
