Your generous donations are changing the lives of senior shelter cats like Tana.

This senior cat has lived a hard life on the streets of Oklahoma before arriving at Friends of Metro Animal Shelters.

She is the sweetest cat even though she has spent the past decade surviving on her own.

During her examination, the medical team discovered that she is partially blind, hearing impaired, and missing most of her teeth.

The rescue organization was able to feed Tana the soft cat food she needs thanks to your donations. Who knows how many nights this sweet cat went without food, but her search for food is over.

Tana and her caretakers are beyond grateful for your support.

She is learning to trust humans in a loving foster home and the tasty treats and cat food are a huge help.

Tana is still looking for her special someone and prefers a quiet home.  The rescue told us, "With a sweet disposition, she thrives in a quiet environment and gets along well with people and other cats."

Click to Help James

James and his blind brother, William, were found abandoned on the street when they were just four weeks old. James was born with one blind eye that started to cause him discomfort. Over time, that eye became increasingly painful and irritated. James is the seeing-eye cat for his brother, making his condition even more urgent to treat.
