Paul McCartney Adopts Rescue Dog And Gives Him A Forever Home

Paul McCartney is no stranger to being in the news and making headlines. This time, he's in the news for something unrelated to the Beatles or music. Instead, he's making headlines for adopting a rescue dog!

The LA-based nonprofit Labelle Foundation rescues abandoned or stray dogs with medical or special needs and places them in forever homes.

According to CNN, Los Angeles does have a stray dog problem, but it has lowered its kill rate significantly, giving more dogs a chance to find homes. CNN says, "LA's save rate is now up to 90.4%, which is over the 90% rate needed to claim no-kill status."

The Labelle Foundation runs an Instagram account dedicated to sharing the success stories called The Labelle Foundation Alumnis.

Recently, they revealed that Paul McCartney and his wife, Nancy, adopted one of their rescued dogs!
