Security Camera Films Raccoon Having A Blast Catching The Snow

Think back to a time when you were a little child and were enjoying a snowfall as it happened. There's something magical about watching the white flakes falling to the ground and you can't help but try to catch a few of them, if not with your tongue, at least with your hands.

It seems as if it isn't only humans who have such a love of falling snow.

In Everett, Washington, security cameras were able to capture a raccoon who was having the time of his life as the snow was falling as well.

It happened in the yard of Timothy Ellis, and as the snow was falling to the ground in December, a raccoon was in his yard watching it happen. Not only was he watching the snow fall, but he also got up on his hind legs and tried to catch the snow with his front paws.

If that wasn't adorable enough, the raccoon soon lost his balance and fell down into the blanket of snow. He then decided to make a hasty exit, but it was all caught on video.

The security camera was set up on the deck when the raccoon made his way into the yard. It was such an adorable scene that Ellis couldn't help but share it with others.

He went on YouTube and uploaded the video. Although he admits he isn't a professional YouTuber, he does do a lot of video between his security cameras, dashcam, drone, and phone.

In the end, he was able to capture a once-in-a-lifetime event that the world is falling in love with. Perhaps it may even inspire you to get out there and enjoy the next time the snow is falling.
