Bonded Brother and Sister Hope to Go to the Same Home for the Holidays

Here we come a caroling about a bonded pair that needs holiday magic to find a family out there. Carl and Carley hope for love and joy to come to them with adoption together soon! These two shy siblings have relied on each other since they were abandoned by their birth mother.

They were found huddling together, confused that they'd been left alone. They were brought into The Cat House on the Kings at a miracle moment in their lives because we had another nursing mama cat who had a purrsonality that might be accepting of them.

Carmi, our nursing mama cat, accepted them into her care as a part of her now six kitten family! They all lived and grew well in their caring foster home. They did have to deal with the treatment for upper respiratory infection, but now that they had their foster cat mom and their foster human mom, they did so splendidly!

Now even though they have moved to a life of safety, love, comfort, and stability, Carl and Carley still look to each other for fullness. That is why we constantly find them cuddled up together for nap time. The time and need came for Carl and Carley to move to our Adoption Center so that the space could open up in our devoted foster home. This change did bring their trepidation to the surface again.

Now these two know how to get their play on, and they enjoy being around all their roommates awaiting adoption. They do have to find each other for sleep, or just reassurance that life is still okay and safe. We have so many kittens, especially teenage kittens that need to be adopted, and we know that it can be harder for families to adopt one kitten, let alone two, but when we know that they will live more comfortably together, we cannot separate them.

Carl and Carley need each other for their true wellbeing and to reduce their apprehension towards living. We are singing loudly from our hearts so that these two may get their holiday wish of being adopted together by a heart or hearts who will let them play and live through their reticence.

Here's Carley's adoption profile:

Sweet marmalade orange Carley and her equally sweet brother Carl were sadly abandoned as tiny kittens, but a loving mommy kitty named Carmi was happy to take them under her wing. In their nurturing foster home, they’ve thrived with her attention and affection and have had great fun with her own four kittens as they’ve gotten bigger. This fuzzy orange duo especially love to cuddle up together, but are also full of vim and vigor for any rolling toy or when the laser toy comes out to play!

Their wonderful foster mom says they “are just the sweetest kittens”. They are great favorites of their kitten friends, too, but haven’t been exposed to kids or dogs. Bunny-soft orange coats with muted stripes and a dusting of ivory highlights make them the most classically famous of kitties (though orange girls are especially unique!). Could adorable Carley be your new cherished girl? Could her cuddlebug brother Carl come, too, for a purrfectly precious double delight of fuzzy affection and fun?
