Meet Forest. 

This sweet six-week-old puppy was surrendered by a puppy mill to a rescue due to a birth defect called pigeon chest. Adopt A Boxer Rescue took him in and immediately started him on formula and bottle feeding, which your donations provided. 

They told us, "He was unable to nurse from his mother and was really struggling to thrive. He arrived at our rescue underweight and starving." 

His condition can impact his lungs and heart but does not require surgery and he is expected to "grow out of it". He is thriving in a foster home who has all they need thanks to your generosity. 

He loves to nap on the donated warming blanket and is showing interest in toys as he regains his strength. His future looks bright and he sends endless kisses for your support.
