Lazy Sloth Happily Rests In Lounge Chair At Wildlife Sanctuary

"Sloth" is a term used to define laziness or an unwillingness to work. It's also the name given to a slow-moving mammal from the South American region that usually is seen hanging out in the treetops and moving at a glacial pace.

But, it's their slow ways and little squinty eyes that make them so cute. There is one sloth that is the definition of living your best life.

Living at the Chase Wildlife Conservancy in Webster, Florida, this carefree sloth is having the time of its life hanging out in a macramé lounge chair.

While you might think that this little sloth doesn't have anything to be exhausted from, he apparently works as an ambassador for species preservation and public education.

As the wildlife center has shared on its website, while sloths might look cute and cuddly, there are actually rules as to how to approach them as they don't really like physical contact.

As explained, "Sloths are now the number 1 victims of the global 'wildlife selfie trade' and human exploitation is quickly becoming one of the major threats to the survival of wild sloths…Sloths do not want to be touched or petted under any circumstance."

While they don’t want to be touched, they have no problem looking very cute.
