Traumatized Cat Found Wandering Bombed Ukrainian Town Gets Second Chance
Meet Rudy.
This resilient feline has been through a lot. He was found in a Ukrainian town that was destroyed by repeated bombings.
He had been on his own for a while as he was malnourished and covered in matted and dirty fur. The sweet feline was rushed back to Patron Pet Center where upon further examination the staff found wounds and holes in his skin.
They believe he was shot with an air gun and one of the bullets penetrated his bladder.
After receiving a warm bath and a nutritious meal, his wounds were treated and he underwent surgery to have the bullet removed.
He spent weeks recovering at the center where he was showered with love and affection before heading to Germany to his new home.
Your donations helped care for Rudy and give him the second chance he deserved. There are so many more animals like him that need our support.
Malnourished and injured animals continue to arrive at the center. Donate now to help care for these innocent animals. Together, we CAN make a difference.
