Two Flights. One Mission. Save Shelter Animals.

Animal shelters are overflowing with homeless dogs and cats as new ones arrive weekly. Between kitten and puppy season ramping up and financial uncertainty driving increased owner surrenders, shelters can't keep up. Highly adoptable animals are at risk of euthanasia due to lack of space and adopters.

That's why we sponsor a flight each month, with your support, to save lives. However, due to the dire need, we are conducting TWO flights to fly dozens of shelter dogs and cats to freedom.

The first flight on May 30 will transport dozens of cats out of overcrowded shelters in Iowa and fly them to find loving homes in the Pacific Northwest. The following flight on June 2 will fly dogs and cats out of Louisiana and to Wisconsin for a fresh start.

Help save shelter pets by flying them to freedom!

The animals on this flight are at-risk pets; without the flight, they might never find their loving homes due to the overcrowding that often happens in shelters. Sending these pets from under-resourced shelters to shelters with empty spaces will give them a second chance at life AND the adoption they deserve.

Meet some of the cat passengers on the May 30th flight below!

Meet Pickles!

He lost parts of both ears and a portion of his tail to severe frostbite. It is a story that is hard to hear — but look at him now. This resilient, remarkable boy weathered the storm and came out the other side ready to find his person.

And here is the thing about Pickles — those battle-worn ears and his distinguished little tail don't define him. They simply tell the story of a survivor. A fighter. A cat who refused to give up even when the world was brutally cold and unkind.

Help fly him to freedom!

Meet Oswald!

This gorgeous gray and white boy is only a year old and already has personality for days. Spunky, playful, and bursting with life, Oswald is the kind of cat who will have you laughing one minute and melting the other. He tears through life with kitten enthusiasm but cuddles up with the loving heart of a devoted companion — truly the best of both worlds.

He is ready to find his person. Help fly him to freedom!

Meet Cora!

She does best in a calm, adult household. She is a girl who appreciates her peace and quiet and thrives with older children or adults who understand and respect her refined sensibilities. In the right environment she will absolutely flourish.

Help fly them all to freedom!

Every month we fly a group of deserving pets. Help us fund the next Flight to Freedom now! Just $10, helps cover the fuel costs of flying a pet 250 miles towards safety.

In shelters across the country, highly adoptable dogs and cats are euthanized just because the shelters are overcrowded. In other areas, shelters have a shortage of adoptable pets. We're transporting these pets to shelters where they're immediately adopted.

This month's flight will transport at-risk dogs and cats to safety!

*Due to many factors including pets being adopted prior to a flight, receiving shelter capacity, and pet health, the final number of pets on a flight may be different from totals quoted above.
