Clydesdale Foal is the Star in This Year's Budweiser Super Bowl Ad

While a lot of football fans can't wait to watch the big game, others (like me) can't wait to see the commercials.
Budweiser commercials have been a fan favorite for years thanks to the adorable dogs and horses that pull at our heartstrings.
This year's Super Bowl Ad titled 'First Delivery' will not disappoint. It stirs up all sorts of emotions from anticipation to joy.

The ad begins with a foal standing alongside other Clydesdales preparing to make a delivery. The man says to the foal, "still too little, buddy."
The small but mighty foal proves him wrong. A barrel of beer falls off the wagon as the team of horses pulls by the pasture where the foal stands alone.

The foal leaps over the fence and nudges the barrel down the road, through a river, and eventually into town.

The ad also incorporates the long-time joke of "a horse walks into a bar...". The not-so-little foal is the star and has surely won my heart.
A Dalmatian is seen sitting next to the hitch drivers in the ad and keeping a close eye on the horses. Anheuser-Busch shared some history on the iconic dogs, "Dalmatians were known as coach dogs because they ran between the wheels of coaches or carriages and were companions to the horses. Since the 1950s, Dalmatians have traveled with the Budweiser Clydesdales hitch, perched atop the wagon proudly seated next to the driver."

In my opinion, Budweiser Clydesdale commercials are the best.
No need to wait until February 9 to view this year's ad. Check it out below!
How You Can Help
Join us in feeding hungry shelter pets during our annual Shelter Bowl.
Together with the Animal Rescue Site, Greater Good Charities created the Shelter Bowl to celebrate the big football game and raise awareness and funds for shelters. We need your help to donate pet meals and doses of NexGard® PLUS (afoxolaner, moxidectin, and pyrantel chewable tablets) to animal welfare organizations nationwide. This includes shelters impacted by the Los Angeles wildfires as well as shelters in Kansas City and Philadelphia.

Donate now and help animal shelters score big. Help us reach our goal of providing 3 million meals to shelter pets. Your donation will be doubled thanks to a generous match from Boehringer Ingelheim.
