Last Flight to Freedom of the Year Has Touched Down in New Jersey
On December 16, 42 dogs and 15 cats boarded the last Flight to Freedom of the year heading to New Jersey.
The shelter dogs and cats are all hoping their Christmas wish comes true - a forever home. They are already one step closer with this flight.
Thanks to your support, these dogs and cats of all ages will get the second chance they deserve. They left overcrowded shelters and arrived at St. Hubert's Animal Welfare Center to find their person.
The New Jersey shelter shared the new arrivals with their supporters on Facebook and said, "Thanks to a generous donation by Boehringer Ingelheim, each dog and cat on this flight will receive 6 months of preventatives for flea/tick, heartworm and internal parasites."
They encourage people to head to the shelter to meet the adorable dogs and cats and adopt. Check out all the adoptable animals here and don't forget to share!
We want to thank you for your continued support of Flights to Freedom. Together, we save lives. All the dogs and cats you helped also send their love and gratitude.
There are still so many animals waiting in overcrowded shelters for a home. Help fund January's Flight to Freedom by donating here.
