The dedicated team is working with local animal organizations and law enforcement to perform search and rescue missions and save as many animals as possible.

A five-day-old puppy who hasn't even opened her eyes yet was found under a collapsed building in Pasadena.

She was rushed to Pasadena Humane Society's ICU and the medical team discovered her tiny ears had been scorched.

It is a miracle she survived. She is in great hands and getting all the care she needs to heal.

She will go to a loving foster home to grow big and strong. When she opens her eyes for the first time she will be in a safe and loving environment.

Check out her intake video below.

The shelter has taken in over 400 animals from the Eaton Fire, and many need medical care. Calls continue to come in from frantic pet owners for help. Anyone in need is asked to contact the shelter's dispatch at 626-792-7151 x 970.

Greater Good Charities' Disaster Response Team is on the ground offering support with pallets of donated pet food, medical supplies, and helping with medical costs for injured animals.

Donate today to provide life-saving medical care to animals injured and burned in the wildfires.
