According to a survey performed by Rover, nearly half of pet parents said Halloween is their favorite holiday to include their pet.

65% of surveyed pet parents plan to dress up their dog or cat and 60% plan to coordinate their costume to match their pets.

Just remember that stress doesn't look good on anyone, so avoid costumes that stress your pet out. A bandana or bow are always a great option for sensitive pets.

With Halloween just a week away, the pressure is on to find the perfect costume. If you are like me and still on the hunt, read on.

Trending costumes this year will once again follow popular movies and celebrities. Social media is sure to be full of images of pets dressed as Labubu, Taylor Swift, Lilo & Stitch, or a cast member from Wednesday.

However, more pet parents are leaning towards the classic spooky costumes (my personal favorites).

Pet safety is top of mind for pet owners. While many pets enjoy spending Halloween with their family, remember that costumes, strangers coming to the door, and spooky decorations can cause your pet stress. Also, be sure to keep them away from the tempting yet toxic candy.

We would love to see your pet in costume, so please share a photo in the comments on our Facebook page. Have a Happy Howl-o-ween!
