I ordered these, afraid that I would not be able to get them over my instep. There were 2 more holes from where the factory fastened the straps. By moving the strap over the 2 holes the shoe fit perfectly. I usually take a wide to double wide size. The only issue is the "leather" or whatever this is made of - it is very thin but I knew that by the picture before I ordered these. I ordered the black.
