Meet Shelter Animal Passengers on Howl-O-Ween Flight to Freedom

The Animal Rescue Site and Greater Good Charities are flying dozens of shelter dogs and cats to freedom on this month's flight.
Many of these animals have been waiting for months for a forever home. Due to overcrowding that often happens in shelters, they had little chance of finding a home.
That's why - with your support - we fly homeless animals to shelters with open kennels and adopters waiting to meet them. Some find homes in just a few days.
Meet a few of the adorable dogs who dressed up in costumes to show off their personalities and cats (who we all know would not tolerate costumes) who are passengers on the flight.
Lilith
The young poodle mix is ready for her next adventure. Her caretakers state, "Check out this adorable little devil, Lilith, who wants to meet everyone and get all of the attention. We know she would make a spooktacular helper while handing out candy or walking the neighborhood in her costume."
Peppa
This loyal dog is looking for her special someone. The shelter shared, "Check out Peppa! She is as beautiful as a butterfly! She came in as a stray so sadly we will never know her background, but she has done great with the other dogs in shelter and is so gentle overall. She is working on her kennel training and has been quick to learn other tricks. We are so excited to know she will soon have her own family to call her own."
Bug
Bug, a brown and white tabby, doesn't need a costume. According to the shelter, "Bug looks just enough like an alien to fit in during spooky season! He is an adorable little monster ready to meet his forever family! He has lots of love to give and we know he's going to make the best addition to the family."
